Account Statistics

Email Clients:

When setting up your PC's email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora), you will need to supply the following information:

  • POP server (SSL): mail.rmtw.com
  • SMTP server (SSL): mail.rmtw.com
  • POP username: <your full email address>
  • For example, sam@rmtw.com, or mary@rmtw.com
  • POP password: <your password>
  • SMTP authentication: your password

Webmail

If you check your mail using a POP3 mail client (such as Outlook Express), it will download and delete the mail from your WEBMAIL inbox. If you want to be able to download the mail using POP3 and also leave it on the server so you can see it with WEBMAIL, you will need to adjust the settings in your POP3 client to tell it not to delete mail after downloading.

Other:

For any issues concerning your wireless connection, please send us email at support@rabbitmeadows.com and we will attempt to reply promptly (same or next business day). For urgent issues, call our business number, (509) 687-6612, anytime to report service related items.

Note: Some updated versions of windows XP now have 802.11x enabled by default. This "new" default setting from MicroSoft can cause your new laptop to connect and hang with a "validating" or "authorizing" forever the first time you connect. Please see these screenshots for help disabling it.
